Hello and Welcome to my blog!

Hi my name is Angie. today is my first day of blogging on this site. But I'm not going to go through a whole introduction becuase anyone who is reading this probably already knows me or has read my profile and now has an idea of who I am and what my interests are. To start off this blog, I am going to write first entry about the Giant Squid that someone just found washed up on a beach in Tasmania.
The Squid that a was found on Tuesday night was weighed at 606 pounds and measured at a length of 24 feet long! the article that I read said that the Giant Squid are thought to usually swim at a depth of 660 to 2,300 feet and that they usually encounter and are hunted by the sperm whales that migrate from the Southern Ocean north.
